Position Outback as the original masters of steak while keeping the "No Rules. Just Right." Aussie spirit that appeals to brand loyalists.
SOLUTION
Positioned the brand as the Australian masters of steak by focusing on customer education and raising credibility on a dated menu. Worked closely with marketing, R&D and innovations teams to create a refreshed brand and menu that aligned with marketing goals. Carried campaign and positioning over to international markets.
